Before production on any project begins Gault Designs makes sure the customer’s specific design requirements are met.
This involves many discussions with the designer, manufacturer, and customer before production begins.
Once the project is released for production, Gault Designs requires a 50% down payment.
It is important that communication between customer and manufacturer be open and frequent in order for the project to go smoothly and meet the discussed upon deadline.
Should any custom design previously agreed upon need to change during manufacturing, we notify the customer immediately for approval.
Sizes and details may vary once production starts.
If the customer cannot be reached it is at managements discretion to continue production.
Many of Gault Designs projects are highly customized and therefore we do not accept any exchanges or returns for custom manufactured items.

Due to the nature of the custom manufacturing process, the only way to cancel a custom order is if the order has not been fully processed.
Once processing has begun, if the customer decides to cancel or change the order the customer is responsible to pay any additional fees.

Gault Designs was able to participate among 12+ other top Atlanta designers in the 2017 Serenbe Designer Showhouse which will be featured in Atlanta Lifestyles Magazine! It was such an honor to create these custom steel balusters and additional outside steel railings for the Serenbe townhouse.
